Cinétique de dégradation photochimique du Crystal violet en milieu aqueux dilué

Abstract
Les problèmes de pollution des effluents industriels par les colorants constituent une préoccupation majeure et en conséquence, un champ d'investigation de la communauté scientifique. C'est dans ce cadre que la dégradation photochimique du Crystal violet en milieu aqueux a été suivie. Deux aspects ont été abordés dans cette étude: la photolyse directe et le couplage adsorbant/LN. Les différentes concentrations irradiées ont été 7,35 µmol/L pour la photolyse directe et 7,35 urnol/L, 14,70 µrnol/L et 29,41 µmol/L pour le couple adsorbann'UV. La mesure de pH de la solution a été réalisée à l'aide d'un pH mètre de marque HANNA-instrument Hi 3222 et le pH de la solution est de 3,95. Le séchage du matériau a été réalisé au moyen de la climatisation à 18° C et aussi dans une étuve à 70° C pendant 3 à 4 jours. Un spectrophotornètre UV/Visible de marque AQUA L YTIC 800 (AL 800) a permis d'analyser les échantillons. La photolyse directe a été réalisée avec deux types de lampes: une lampe monochromatique (À= 253,7 nm) et une lampe polychromatiquc 0- - 285 nm). La dégradation du Crystal violet à 253,7 nm a été plus rapide que celle observée sous irradiation solaire simulée à À = 285nm avec respectivement des constantes de vitesse de 0,021 min ·1 et 0,012 min ·1• Le couplage adsorbant/LN a été suivi en utilisant l'écorce de neem comme biosorbant. La présence du biosorbant ne permet pas une accélération de la dégradation du Crystal violet. Cependant, l'augmentation de la concentration initiale en colorant entraine une diminution de la constante de vitesse. Mots-clés : Crystal violet, photolyse, photodégradation, cinétique, adsorption
