Abstract

目的探讨不同分期老年帕金森(Parkinson′s disease,PD)患者的认知功能水平与其外周血γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,GABA)及血尿酸(uric acid,UA)水平的相关性。方法选取2018年2月至2020年3月就诊本院的老年帕金森患者108例作为观察组,同时选择108例老年健康体检者,依据观察组患者的Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)分期进行分组,采集患者蒙特利尔认知量表(Montreal Cognitive Assessment,MoCA)、GABA、UA水平,比较不同H-Y分期患者的认知功能、GABA、UA水平差异,并采用Spearson相关确定GABA、UA水平与患者MoCA量表内容的相关性。结果 PD患者中认知功能障碍发生率为54.63%(59/108);不同分期患者视空间与执行功能力、注意力、抽象力、MoCa量表总评分、GABA、UA水平均存在显著差异(P<0.05);PD患者的视空间与执行功能力、记忆力、MoCA量表总分与GABA水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05);PD患者的记忆力、注意力、定向力、MoCA量表总分与UA水平呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论不同H-Y分期的PD患者的认知功能差异主要集中在视空间与执行功能力、注意力、抽象力方面,GABA水平主要与PD患者的视空间与执行功能力、记忆力存在正相关,UA水平与记忆力、注意力、定向力存在正相关,不同分期PD患者的认知功能会随GABA、UA水平下降而降低。
