Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

INTRODUÇÃO: ROLE PLAY É UMA FERRAMENTA ATIVA DE ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM QUE FAZ USO DA DRAMATIZAÇÃO DE SITUAÇÕES REAIS OU HIPOTÉTICAS PARA PROMOVER O DESENVOLVIMENTO DE HABILIDADES TÉCNICAS, COMPORTAMENTAIS E COMUNICATIVAS, SENDO UM MÉTODO FUNDAMENTAL PARA A FORMAÇÃO MÉDICA. OBJETIVO: RELATAR A EXPERIÊNCIA DE ESTUDANTES DE MEDICINA NA UTILIZAÇÃO DO ROLE PLAY COMO ESTRATÉGIA PEDAGÓGICA PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO DE HABILIDADES DE COMUNICAÇÃO CLÍNICA. MÉTODO: TRATA-SE DE UM ESTUDO DESCRITIVO, DO TIPO RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA. A VIVÊNCIA OCORREU EM UM LABORATÓRIO DE HABILIDADES CLÍNICAS, DURANTE A REALIZAÇÃO DE ATIVIDADES PRÁTICAS DA DISCIPLINA DE SEMIOLOGIA MÉDICA. OS TUTORES DA DISCIPLINA DIVIDIRAM A TURMA EM GRUPOS DE TRÊS ALUNOS, DESIGNANDO, PARA CADA UMA DAS EQUIPES, TRÊS CASOS CLÍNICOS. OS ESTUDANTES, ENTÃO, REVEZAVAM-SE EM TRÊS DIFERENTES PAPÉIS SIMULADOS: O DE MÉDICO, QUE REALIZARIA A CONSULTA; O DE PACIENTE, QUE INTERPRETARIA A PESSOA DOENTE DESCRITA NO CASO CLÍNICO; E O DE AVALIADOR, QUE FARIA UMA ANÁLISE DO DESEMPENHO DO MÉDICO DURANTE A CONSULTA A PARTIR DO INSTRUMENTO CALGARY-CAMBRIDGE OBSERVATION GUIDE ADAPTADO. RESULTADOS: A EXPERIÊNCIA COM ESSA METODOLOGIA POSSIBILITOU A PARTICIPAÇÃO ATIVA DOS ESTUDANTES E ESTIMULOU O DESENVOLVIMENTO DE RACIOCÍNIO CLÍNICO E HABILIDADES COMUNICACIONAIS. A ESCUTA ATIVA, ALIADA AO USO DOS INSTRUMENTOS AVALIATIVOS COMO O CALGARY-CAMBRIDGE ADAPTADO, PERMITIU A IDENTIFICAÇÃO DE ASPECTOS POSITIVOS E OUTROS A SEREM APRIMORADOS, FORNECENDO UMA DEVOLUTIVA PARA APERFEIÇOAR A ANAMNESE. ALGUNS ESTUDANTES RELATARAM INSEGURANÇA INICIAL COM O MÉTODO ABORDADO, MAS ISSO FOI SENDO SUPERADO GRADUALMENTE AO LONGO DAS PRÁTICAS, O QUE DEMONSTRA A EFICIÊNCIA DESSA ESTRATÉGIA DE ENSINO. CONCLUSÃO: PORTANTO, CONCLUI-SE QUE A APLICAÇÃO DE ROLE PLAY PARA ESTUDANTES DE MEDICINA CONTRIBUIU SIGNIFICATIVAMENTE PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO DAS HABILIDADES CLÍNICAS E COMUNICACIONAIS, PROPORCIONANDO APRENDIZADO ATIVO E REFLEXIVO. ESSA ESTRATÉGIA MOSTROU-SE EFICAZ PARA APROXIMAR TEORIA E PRÁTICA, ALÉM DE ESTIMULAR POSTURA CRÍTICA E MAIOR SEGURANÇA NA FORMAÇÃO MÉDICA.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
