Suite à l’émergence du digital, les ghettos classiques ont connu une extension dans ce nouvel espace. Les réseaux sociaux ont créé un endroit adéquat pour la construction de « ghetto numérique » à travers la création des groupes Facebook où les abonnés peuvent interagir dans un espace majoritairement homogène au niveau de la culture et des traditions, aidant à maintenir des liens culturels avec leur mère patrie, chose qui peut mettre en question leur intégration socioculturelle au sein de leur société d’installation. Notre étude opte pour une approche qualitative basée sur l’analyse secondaire d’une étude réalisée par Sabrina Marchandise sous le thème de : « Investir le web social des étudiants marocains en mobilité internationale. Une méthode imposée par le terrain », l’analyse et l’interprétation des résultats obtenus donnent une idée sur l’usage de Facebook par les étudiants marocains résidant en France. Cet article vise principalement à répondre à la question centrale de notre étude : Dans quelle mesure les réseaux sociaux contribuent-ils à la construction d’une nouvelle version des ghettos à l’ère du digital chez les Marocains de France, et quel est son impact sur leur intégration au sein du pays d’accueil ?
