Bibliographic record
Abstract
-- ABSTRACT : This qualitative research explores the return-to-work experience of thirteen women after maternity leave. It aims to describe and understand their perceptions regarding this return before resuming work, the support provided, the factors facilitating or hindering this transition, the personal strategies they implemented for work-family balance, and the impact of maternity on their careers. Remote semi-structured interviews were conducted to gather testimonies from thirteen professional women, aged 25 to 43, living in relationships in Quebec. All participants had returned to work after maternity leave within the past four years. The results show that women face several challenges, including adjusting to organizational changes, lack of organizational support, difficulties accessing childcare services, and the necessary adjustments when the child is sick. To mitigate the work-family conflict, participants develop various strategies both at home and at work. Managerial and social support, as well as telecommuting, are identified as key factors facilitating the transition. This study highlights the complexity of returning to work after maternity leave and the importance of better recognizing the challenges related to this period to create more inclusive work environments for women. -- Mot(s) clé(s) en anglais : return to work, resuming work, maternity leave, maternity, work-family balance.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
