Abstract
El presente proyecto de emprendimiento se enfoca en el diseño, instalación y mantenimiento de una red de frío alimentaria utilizando el refrigerante R290, reconocido por su bajo impacto ambiental y alta eficiencia energética. Además, se implementará un sistema de alarma remota para la detección temprana de fallas, garantizando la continuidad operativa y la preservación de los productos almacenados.La problemática identificada radica en la necesidad de sistemas de refrigeración más sostenibles y eficientes que cumplan con normativas internacionales, como el Protocolo de Montreal, y que aborden los altos costos energéticos y las fallas postventa que afectan a los actores del sector retail en Colombia. Este sector, en constante crecimiento, requiere soluciones innovadoras que aseguren la calidad y seguridad de los alimentos perecederos. El desarrollo del proyecto sigue la metodología Lean Startup, permitiendo una validación iterativa de las necesidades del mercado mediante entrevistas, encuestas y prototipos. Los resultados esperados incluyen la implementación de una red de frío que reduzca significativamente las pérdidas por mermas, cumpla con las regulaciones ambientales y mejore la eficiencia energética en los supermercados.Este proyecto no solo busca responder a las exigencias normativas y operativas, sino también contribuir al desarrollo de soluciones sostenibles en el sector de la refrigeración comercial e industrial, posicionando a la empresa como un referente en innovación tecnológica y compromiso ambiental.
