Abstract
Đại cương: Rung nhĩ là một nguyên nhân quan trọng của đột quỵ thiếu máu cục bộ. Holter điện tâm đồ 24 giờ là biện pháp tầm soát rung nhĩ thường được sử dụng trên lâm sàng ở người bệnh hậu đột quỵ nhưng vẫn còn có một số giới hạn. Mục tiêu: Xác định tỉ lệ rung nhĩ mới chẩn đoán trên người bệnh hậu đột quỵ. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên 30 người bệnh hậu đột quỵ sử dụng sử dụng thiết bị theo dõi điện tâm đồ dài ngày Octo Beat tại bệnh viện Nguyễn Trãi. Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình của người bệnh tham gia nghiên cứu là 62,7 ± 13,5. Thời gian theo dõi điện tâm đồ: 78 ± 34 giờ. Tỉ lệ rung nhĩ ghi nhận là 10% với 2 trường hợp phát hiện sau 24 giờ. Thời gian rung nhĩ là 18 phút 13 giây (11 phút 57 giây - 697 phút 37 giây). Kết luận: Thiết bị theo dõi điện tâm đồ dài ngày Octo Beat giúp phát hiện rung nhĩ mới chẩn đoán trên người bệnh hậu đột quỵ hiệu quả hơn so với phương tiện Holter điện tâm đồ 24 giờ truyền thống.
