Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The modern business environment is characterized by unprecedented gradual dynamics, driven by globalization, rapid technological change, and geopolitical instability, which lead to new challenges and demands within most organizations. Such conditions increasingly affect the success and sustainable development of companies, which begin to depend not only on the internal efficiency of their own operations, but also on the ability to remain flexible, strategically balanced, and competitive in the global market. Traditional management paradigms, designed, according to theory, to focus their attention on internal management and external relations, are increasingly unable to provide a holistic adaptive management system. This is precisely the purpose of the article: to develop theoretical and methodological principles for the implementation of team management and business diplomacy in order to improve both the overall efficiency and internal sustainability of modern organizations. At the same time, the study is able to solve the problem of the lack of comprehensive solutions in both literature and practice for a balanced and positive combination of two cross-cutting areas, which can sometimes complement each other or remain a challenge for each other in practice. To achieve the proposed goal, the methods of system analysis, comparative analysis, content analysis of scientific publications, as well as theoretical generalization and modeling were used. During the study, the intrinsic value of team management as a basis for effective company life was deeply analyzed, which involves the formation of effective teams, motivation of each member, innovative capacity and conflict resolution mechanisms. Special attention was paid to business diplomacy as a tool for managing external relations, the complex of which involves all stages of negotiations, image building and interaction with non-market stakeholders. The most important result of the study is the crystallization of the synergistic potential of both approaches and the development of an integrated model «Team-Diplomacy». The proposed model offers a comprehensive practical and holistic approach, built on the interpenetration of leadership, communication, creating the right single goal, developing hybrid competencies and a culture of cooperation. The practical value of the study is primarily the theoretical justification and specific mechanisms for the synergistic application of both approaches. The results of the work will be used by managers to form sustainable and adaptive teams that are able to effectively respond to global challenges and implement strategic diplomatic initiatives.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
