Background: D2 gastrectomy is the treatment of choice for resectable gastric cancer in East Asia.Existing evidence shows that adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery can improve patient survival.To further extend the disease-free survival (DFS) of gastric cancer patients, our study explores the synergistic effect of combining PD-1 inhibitor camrelizumab with the SOX regimen in the adjuvant treatment setting. Conclusions:The combination of camrelizumab and the SOX regimen shows good potential for adjuvant therapy.The 2-year DFS rate is better than controls and has a controllable safety profile.Systemic inflammation markers (RDW/NLR) may serve as potential prognostic biomarkers.However, due to the limited number of events, further follow-up is needed.Clinical trial identification: NCT05184946.
