Abstract
У артыкуле прааналізаваны адметнасці прававой адаптацыі беларускіх эканамічных эмігрантаў. Мэта дадзенага артыкула – раскрыць механізмы прававога рэгулявання эканамічнай эміграцыйнай хвалі ў 1920-я гг. Даследаванне абапіраецца на заканадаўчыя акты Францыі, Аргенціны і Канады як асноўных дзяржаў-рэцыпіентаў у 1920-я гг. Уніфікацыя эміграцыйнага заканадаўства Польшчы пачалася з 1927 г., калі ўступіла ў законную сілу распараджэнне па арганізацыі эміграцыі. Працэдура легалізаціі і натуралізацыі беларускіх эмігрантаў у Францыі была пазначана ў Польска-французскай канвенцыі, падпісанай 3 верасня 1919 г. Для працаўладкавання ў Францыі эмігранты павінны былі аформіць пасведчанне аб рэгістрацыі і ідэнтыфікацыйную карту на аснове падпісанага кантракта. Пры афармленні дакументаў у Канаду эмігранты павінны былі мець пэўную суму грошай для ўладкавання свайго побыту ў дамініёне. Распаўсюджанай юрыдычнай практыкай стала афармленне дакументаў для эміграцыі праз буйныя чыгуначныя кампаніі «Canadian National Railways» і «Canadian Pacific Railways». Працэс легалізацыі і натуралізацыі беларускіх эмігрантаў у Аргенціне быў больш простым ў параўнанні з іншымі дзяржавамі-рэцыпіентамі, аднак розніца ў нарматыўных прававых актах прыводзіла да юрыдычных калізій. Аўтар прыходзіць да высноў, што эміграцыйнае заканадаўства прымаючых краін было накіравана на абарону нацыянальных інтарэсаў дзяржаў. Працэс арганізацыі эміграцыі садзейнічаў развіццю прававога рэгулявання ў Польшчы, фарміраванню эміграцыйнага дзяржаўнага апартату.
