Latar Belakang: Dismenore merupakan nyeri haid yang sering dialami remaja putri dan dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari, termasuk proses belajar. Penanganan dismenore dapat dilakukan secara farmakologis maupun nonfarmakologis, namun masih banyak remaja yang belum mengetahui cara penanganan yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan penanganan dismenore pada remaja putri di SMKN 1 Mataram.Metode: Jenis desain penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh siswi kelas X yang mengalami dismenore, dengan total sampel 31 responden menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen berupa kuesioner pengetahuan dan penanganan dismenore. Analisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square.Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan mayoritas responden memiliki pengetahuan cukup (77,4%) dan penanganan kurang (54,8%). Uji Chi-Square menghasilkan p=0,194 (p>0,05), artinya tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan penanganan dismenore.Kesimpulan: Pengetahuan yang cukup tidak selalu berbanding lurus dengan perilaku penanganan. Diperlukan edukasi kesehatan reproduksi lebih lanjut bagi remaja agar dapat melakukan penanganan dismenore dengan tepat.
