Profils des utilisateurs et non-utilisateurs de l’accompagnement entrepreneurial en agriculture : le cas de l’installation au Québec

Abstract
L’amélioration des compétences des porteurs de projets constitue un levier essentiel pour favoriser l’installation en agriculture. Bien que les dispositifs d’accompagnement entrepreneurial puissent répondre à ce besoin, leur utilisation demeure peu documentée dans le secteur agricole québécois. Cette étude vise à dresser un portrait comparé des utilisateurs et non-utilisateurs de dispositifs d’accompagnement (DA), en tenant compte des caractéristiques des entrepreneurs et de leurs projets d’installation. Elle analyse également les bénéfices perçus du recours aux DA, les obstacles à leur mobilisation ainsi que les besoins spécifiques exprimés par les jeunes agriculteurs. À partir d’une enquête en ligne menée auprès de 73 répondants, et grâce à une méthodologie mixte combinant analyses factorielles, statistiques descriptives et analyse de contenu, trois profils d’entrepreneurs ont été identifiés. Les résultats permettent de mieux comprendre les dynamiques de non-recours, les limites de l’offre actuelle et la diversité des besoins d’accompagnement selon les profils d’installation.
