Abstract
Este artigo investiga a super-responsabilização docente como estratégia de controle neoliberal no Ensino Médio Integral (EMI) da rede pública estadual de Sergipe, com base na análise foucaultiana do poder e da subjetivação (Foucault, 2002). O estudo analisa narrativas de professores de inglês (Teles, 2023) e documentos oficiais do EMI (Sergipe, 2016a; 2016b), adotando uma abordagem qualitativa e interpretativa (Paiva, 2019). Os resultados apontam que o EMI impõe ao docente uma gestão individualizada do sucesso escolar, desconsiderando condições estruturais (Laval, 2019). No entanto, apesar desse controle, há espaços de resistência (Menezes de Souza, 2018) nos quais professores subvertem normas institucionais e desenvolvem práticas pedagógicas autônomas.
