Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

»-- « Hybrid working, which refers to the division of working time between being in the office and telecommuting, has become widespread since the pandemic. This way of working is also changing the way teams are managed. This dissertation seeks to examine the perceptions of public sector professionals regarding the inclusive leadership of their superiors in a hybrid work context. To this end, the dissertation favors a quantitative research approach, and the data collection method is based on an online questionnaire sent to professionals in the Quebec government. Responses were used to identify their perceptions of their supervisor's inclusive leadership, and to examine these perceptions according to the hybrid work arrangements deployed in their organization. The results show that employees' perceptions of their superior's inclusive leadership are generally positive, and vary little according to the telework modalities deployed. -- Mot(s) clé(s) en anglais : inclusive leadership, hybrid work, telework, management, inclusion, diversity. »--

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
