Abstract
Esta tese de doutorado investiga as dinâmicas da Rede de Proteção Social, com foco nas relações que a constituem e na historicidade dos processos de exclusão social que marginalizam muitos em benefício de poucos. Considerando como o corpo, a subjetividade e a linguagem se entrelaçam na produção da realidade social, o estudo teve o objetivo de analisar e compreender as práticas de cuidado em cenário onde a racionalidade neoliberal incide para a construção do sujeito que sustenta o padrão vigente de sociabilidade, incluindo usuários e trabalhadores da própria Rede. A pesquisa situa-se no campo social, político e jurídico, abordando tanto o território geográfico - no Norte de Campinas - quanto as dimensões existenciais atravessadas por forças que moldam os sujeitos e a própria ideia de Estado conforme a perspectiva de Pachukanis. Além disso, a tese incorpora um atravessamento psicanalítico, que auxilia a pensar a constituição psíquica, bem como lança mão da noção de Rede Vínculo e conceitos de malha e malhagem a partir de Beghonzi. Metodologicamente, o trabalho apoia-se em Adorno em uma espécie de pesquisa social analiticamente orientada, bem como em teóricos como Foucault, Mbembe, Laclau, Mouffe, Laval, Dardot e referências das áreas de Saúde Coletiva e Saúde Mental. A produção de dados baseou-se em vivências diarizadas do pesquisador, permitindo explorar as relações entre profissionais, instituições e usuários da Rede. Os resultados destacam a importância dos sujeitos e dos vínculos no cuidado, evidenciando como práticas comprometidas podem promover transformações sociais ao reconhecer a complexidade de ser sujeito em um contexto de múltiplas opressões e resistências.
