Abstract
O Objetivo Geral desta pesquisa foi realizar uma análise das práticas comunicacionais utilizadas pelo Movimento Backstage Brasília durante o processo de constituição da Associação Backstage Brasília, entre março de 2020 a dezembro de 2021. Neste período o coletivo se tornou uma entidade representativa das trabalhadoras e trabalhadores das cadeias técnicas da Economia Criativa no Distrito Federal do Brasil. Foram selecionadas algumas práticas comunicacionais do coletivo, que posteriormente foram relacionadas com a Comunicação Organizacional sob as perspectivas da Teoria da Constituição Comunicativa das Organizações e da Escola de Montreal. Como procedimentos metodológicos foram utilizados o estudo de caso e a pesquisa documental realizada em documentos produzidos pelo Movimento Backstage Brasília. Quanto à fundamentação teórica, foram utilizados os estudos de Comunicação Organizacional, sob o prisma da Escola de Montreal e da Teoria da Coorientação. As situações analisadas mostraram que as práticas comunicacionais do coletivo foram estruturantes para a sua futura formalização. A pesquisa obteve êxito na tarefa de constatar a importância e o papel central das práticas comunicacionais na constituição da Associação Backstage Brasília, demonstrando sua conformidade com aspectos da Constituição Comunicativa das Organizações, da Escola de Montreal e da Teoria da Coorientação.
