Abstract
Abstract. Land use changes along the Ir. H. Djuanda corridor in Bandung City are a consequence of rapid urban growth and increasing economic activities. This study aims to analyze land use changes over the 2014–2024 period and to evaluate community perceptions of the impacts arising from these changes. The research methods include spatial analysis using overlay techniques in ArcGIS to compare land cover changes, as well as the distribution of questionnaires to 68 respondents to gather public perception data. The results show that land use transformation in the area is dominated by the expansion of residential and commercial zones, leading to increased traffic congestion, air and noise pollution, and the reduction of green open spaces. This study highlights the importance of sustainable and participatory spatial planning to maintain environmental quality and community comfort.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
