Analysis of risk factors of cognitive dysfunction of patients with first⁃episode asymptomatic and symptomatic cerebral infarction
Bibliographic record
Abstract
ObjectiveTo compare cognitive function and influencing factors of cognitive dysfunction in inpatients with first symptomatic and asymptomatic infarction.MethodsA total of 525 inpatients with first symptomatic and asymptomatic infarction were investigated with self⁃designed general questionnaire,Montreal Cognitive Assessment.ResultsThere were 298 cases of asymptomatic cerebral infarction, the MoCA score was 21.98±5.08,and 227 cases of symptomatic cerebral infarction, the MoCA score was 20.05±5.99.The incidence rate of cognitive dysfunction in patients with asymptomatic and symptomatic cerebral infarction were 72.5% and 76.2%, respectively.Women are the risk factors of cognitive dysfunction in patients with first⁃episode asymptomatic cerebral infarction(OR=3.694),and education length>12 years(OR=0.857) and diencephalic infraction(OR=0.378) were protective factors.Age(OR=1.034) and the number of cerebral infarction(OR=1.799) were risk factors for cognitive dysfunction in patients with symptomatic cerebral infarction.ConclusionsThe incidence of cognitive dysfunction in patients with first⁃episode asymptomatic and symptomatic cerebral infarction were both high. The performance of memory impairment was the most significant.Neurological medical staff should strengthen the evaluation and treatment of cognitive function of patients with cerebral infarction, advocate general survey of cognitive function of patients with cerebral infarction, and enhance training in specific cognitive fields according to the decline in cognitive fields.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
