Développement de dispositifs de formation et d’accompagnement à la pédagogie inclusive dans un établissement d’enseignement supérieur francophone : quelles conditions pour créer des espaces capacitants ?

Abstract
Cet article propose une analyse des conditions d'émergence d'environnements capacitants au sein d'un dispositif de formation et d'accompagnement à la pédagogie inclusive, en s'appuyant sur l'étude approfondie de ressources développées à l'Université Laval (Université Laval, 2018). Mobilisant le cadre théorique des capabilités (Fernagu-Oudet, 2018) articulé aux modèles de la régulation des apprentissages (Mottiez Lopez, 2021 ; Mottier Lopez et Girardet, 2022), l'étude exploratoire vise à comprendre comment les dispositifs de formation choisis par l'Université Laval dans le cadre d'un projet d'établissement sont des opportunités potentielles pour soutenir l'agentivité professionnelle des enseignants et favoriser des dynamiques inclusives situées. L'analyse qualitative, fondée sur une lecture croisée des ressources proposées avec l'approche des capabilités et des modalités de régulation, met en évidence un ensemble de tensions structurantes : entre standardisation et contextualisation, entre intention inclusive et conditions effectives d'appropriation, entre autonomie des enseignants et exigences institutionnelles. Les premières analyses montrent que la réflexivité, la médiation pédagogique et l'alignement entre finalités, ressources et modes d'accompagnement constituent des facteurs de conversion essentiels pour transformer une offre de formation en environnement capacitant. L'étude contribue ainsi à préciser les conditions de conception et d'appropriation des dispositifs de pédagogie inclusive dans l'enseignement supérieur.
