Ce collectif nous emmène dans un voyage à travers les approches philosophiques, théoriques, institutionnelles et politiques du phénomène fédéral, avec le pluralisme comme méthode et thème central. Afin d’éclairer un ensemble de thèmes au moyen d’une approche rigoureuse et engagée, la plupart des chapitres comparent au moins deux systèmes fédéraux en relation avec un enjeu institutionnel ou un domaine de politique publique donné.
