Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pembinaan prestasi sekolah sepak bola di kota bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan sebuah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dari observasi, kuesioner dan dokumtasi yang dinilai dari jawaban kuesioner pelatih, siswa dan orang tua siswa di setiap Sekolah Sepak Bola di Kota Bengkulu. Dari 10 sekolah sepak bola di Kota Bengkulu yang digunakan peneliti, terdapat 4 sekolah sepak bola dapat dikategorikan sangat baik, 4 sekolah sepak bola dengan kategori baik dan 2 sekolah sepak bola dengan kategori cukup baik, maka dari itu manajemen pembinaan prestasi sekolah sepak bola (SSB) di Kota Bengkulu dapat di katakan di atas rata- rata. Dari hasil penelitian yang ditemukan, masih banyak yang harus di perhatikan dari manajeman pembinaan prestasi sekolah sepak bola (SSB) agar lebih berkembang dan lebih bagus lagi.
