Diz osteoartritinde aerobik egzersizler ile video oyun bazlı egzersizlerin ağrı, fonksiyonel kapasite ve denge üzerine etkilerinin incelenmesi

Abstract
Deniz Pala, Diz Osteoartritinde Aerobik Egzersizler ile Video Oyun Bazlı Egzersizlerin Ağrı, Fonksiyonel Kapasite ve Denge Üzerine Etkisini Araştırılması, Hasan Kalyoncu Üniversitesi Lisansüstü Eğitim Enstitüsü, Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon Anabilim Dalı, Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Gaziantep 2024. Diz osteoartritli hastalarda video oyun bazlı egzersiz, aerobik egzersizler ve konservatif tedavinin ağrı, fonksiyonel kapasite ve denge üzerine etkisini araştırmak amaçlandı. Çalışmaya 39-65 yaş arasında değişen 38 hasta dahil edildi. Hastalar oyun grubu (n=13), aerobik grup (n=13) ve konservatif tedavi (n=12) grubu olarak üç gruba ayrıldı. Oyun grubu X-box kinect cihazında Cabela's Adventure Camp; Biking oyunu ve klasik fizyoterapi, aerobik grup sabit bisiklet ve klasik fizyoterapi ve konservatif gruba klasik fizyoterapi uygulandı. Mcgill ağrı anketi kısa form, WOMAC anketi, Uluslararası fiziksel aktivite anketi (UFAA), 6 dakika yürüme testi (6 DYT), Zamanlı kalk yürü (ZKYT), el dinamometresi ve Y denge testi çalışmanın başında ve sonunda değerlendirildi. Gruplar 8 hafta / 3 gün rehabilitasyon programına alındı. Ağrı gruplarda iyileşti birbirlerine üstünlüğü olmadı (p>0,05). Fonksiyonel kapasitelerinde aerobik grubun kontrol grubuna göre gelişti (p<0,05) fakat oyun grubuyla arasında fark çıkmadı (p>0,05). Dinamik dengede oyun grubun kontrol grubuna göre iyileşme sağladı (p<0,05). Fakat aerobik grubuyla fark bulunmadı (p>0,05). Diz osteoartritinde ağrı için üç grupta etkilidir. Fonksiyonel kapasite arttırmada aerobik, dengeyi arttırmada video oyun bazlı egzersizler tercih edilebilir. Diz osteoartritli hastalarda video oyun bazlı egzersizler ağrı, fonksiyonel kapasite ve dengeyi arttırmak için destekleyici bir tedavi yöntemi olarak rehabilitasyon programlarında kullanılabilir.
