Cet article examine le rapport aux savoirs de chercheur·es et d’intervenant·es oeuvrant en milieu scolaire engagé·es dans une recherche participative. Interrogeant leur rapport aux savoirs selon les axes épistémologique, axiologique et praxéologique, la question que nous nous sommes posée est celle de savoir s’il est nécessaire que le rapport aux savoirs des membres d’une même équipe de recherche (participative) soient relativement équivalent sous les trois plans pour garantir que l’interaction entre les partenaires informe la prise de décisions et les actions conséquentes. Nous sommes parti·es d’un cas concret de recherche participative, soit l’École en réseau, afin d’y répondre. Les résultats de l’analyse a permis de mettre en exergue des distinctions sous les trois axes, ce qui souligne l’intérêt de rapprocher la culture de la recherche et la culture des écoles. Pour composer avec cet enjeu, nous proposons de recourir au concept d’agentivité relationnelle en théorie de l’activité.
