Abstract
Vốn tâm lí (VTL) có vai trò quan trọng trong việc hình thành và duy trì ý định khởi nghiệp của sinh viên (SV), giúp họ vượt qua khó khăn, duy trì động lực và gia tăng khả năng thành công. Nghiên cứu này nhằm khảo sát thực trạng VTL trong khởi nghiệp của SV Việt Nam, sử dụng thang đo VTL PCQ-24 phiên bản Việt Nam. Dữ liệu được thu thập từ 2380 SV đang học tập tại các cơ sở giáo dục đại học trên toàn quốc. Kết quả cho thấy mức độ VTL trong khởi nghiệp của SV Việt Nam đạt mức cao, trong đó thành phần Hi vọng có điểm trung bình cao nhất trong bốn thành phần của thang đo. Từ kết quả này, nghiên cứu đề xuất tăng cường môi trường học tập và trải nghiệm thực tiễn nhằm phát triển hơn nữa VTL trong khởi nghiệp, đặc biệt chú trọng năng lực xây dựng chiến lược và tự đánh giá thành công của SV.
