Abstract
Aleksitimija – nesugebėjimas suvokti ir išreikšti savo jausmų, emocijų, atskirti nuo fizinių pojūčių.Tai rodo nepakankamą gebėjimą svajoti ir fantazuoti, vyraujantį išoriškai orientuotų konkretų mąstymą. Ši būsena ypač reikšminga psiochosomatinės medicinos srityje, nes aptinkama sergant įvairiais psichosomatiniais, endogeniniais psichikos ir piktnaudžiavimo psichoaktyviomis medžiagomis sutrikimais. Manoma, kad neretai aleksitimija yra šių sutrikimų rizikos faktorius. Aleksitimija glaudžiai susijusi su koronarine širdies liga (KŠL) ir bloga miego kokybe. Šio tyrimo tikslas – ištirti miego struktūros ypatumus esant aleksimijai tarp pacientų, sergančių KŠL. Aleksitimijos išreikštumui vertinti naudota dvidešimties klausimų Toronto aleksitimijos skalė ( ≥ 51 balo). Miego struktūra vertinta pagal objektyvius polisomnografinius parametrus; bendras miego laikas (TST), miego efektyvumas (SE), būdravimas (WASO), gilaus lėtojo miego stadijos (1,2, 3 ir 4), aktyvusis miegas (REM) ir kūno judesiai (BM). Ištirti 436 KŠL sergantys pacientai, kurie pagal TAS-20 skalės išreikštumą buvo suskirstyti į dvi grupes : 170 pacientų (amžiaus vidurkis 56, 3 (SD=11,0) m.; 44 moterys, 126 vyrai), kuriems nenustatyta aleksitimija, ir 266 pacientai (amžiaus vidurkis 57,9 (SD=,7) m., 74 moterys, 192 vyrai). Nustatyta, kad KŠL sergančių pacientų aleksitimija susijusi su miego struktūros pokyčiais (sutrikimais): prailgėja gilaus lėtojo miego 1 stadija ir sutrumpėja 4 stadija.
