Abstract
Ištyrėme 120 paauglių, nurodžiusių psichosomatinio pobūdžio simptomus, besigydžiu-sių KMUK 1999–2002 metais, taip pat tyrėme 60 sveikų paauglių kontrolinę grupę iš at-sitiktinai atrinktų Kauno miesto ir rajono mokyklų. Tiriamiesiems paaugliams ir jų tė-vams buvo pateiktos autorių sudarytos anketos, paaugliai atsakė į HAD (angl. Hospital Anxiety and Depresion scale) skalės ir TAS – 20 (angl. Toronto Alexithymia Scale) modifikuotos ska-lės klausimus. Tyrimo tikslas – išsiaiškinti, kokią įtaką psichosomatiniams susirgimams turi lytis, amžius, šeimos charakteristikos, paauglio santykiai su tėvais. Dažniausi psichoso-matiniai simptomai yra galvos ir pilvo skausmai. Nustatėme, kad simptomų lokalizacija priklauso nuo lyties, amžiaus, konfliktų šeimoje sprendimo būdų, paauglių ir tėvų tarpu-savio santykių. Psichosomatinė simptomatika dažnesnė aukšto ir vidutinio pragyvenimo lygio šeimose ir priklauso nuo tėvų ir paauglių kartu praleidžiamo laiko, veiklos būnant kartu pobūdžio. Psichosomatinių nusiskundimų turinčių paauglių dažnai būna aukštesnis nerimo lygis. Šių simptomų atsiradimą gali sąlygoti bendravimo šeimoje ypatumai, ypač trumpas ir nevisavertis bendravimas su tėvu. Paaugliams, besiskundžiantiems psichoso-matine simptomatika, dažnai nustatoma aleksitimijos požymių.
