Abstract
本案例从理想、行动、坚持三个阶段梳理了朱静的创业经历，介绍了朱静作为女性在房地产行业创业所遇到的挑战，以及她是如何应对这些挑战的。2022年新年伊始，朱静召集核心高管，对过去一年的企业经营情况进行回顾和总结，需要讨论并做出如何进行高管奖惩的决策。 源于对建筑行业的热爱，朱静于2010年辞去建业地产副总裁一职，在上海创办上坤集团。房地产业是以男性为主导的行业，同时，基于行业资源驱动性强的特点，资源获取对女性创业者来说是一个巨大的挑战。内心的热爱和激情是朱静坚持下来的原动力。她以敏锐的商业嗅觉，快速识别商机，实现樾山项目的成功，为上坤的全国化布局奠定了重要的基础。她始终坚持专注产品能力的提升，来赢得市场的公平回报，同时通过合作来弥补资源和能力弱势。朱静的领导力所展现的共情、信任、放权等特点和企业的经营理念也凝聚了一支团结的高管团队。 自2020年8月以来，中国房地产行业遭遇巨大变化。市场需求萎缩、监管政策深化、融资渠道受阻，再加上新冠疫情，不少地产企业陷入危机。为了应对低迷的市场形势，激励团队积极性，提高业绩，上坤于2021年6月重新制定了高管奖罚制度。但是2021年的业绩并不理想，她在犹豫是严格按照已有的奖惩制度对其进行处罚，还是从轻处理。这个决策背后反映了朱静作为女性创业者的特质和领导风格。
