Abstract
2012年7月底，芬尼克兹集团召开了年中会议，公司创始人、董事长及CEO宗毅先生意识到：集团整体状况不错，但子公司之一的芬尼电器业绩不尽人意，5000万元的年度销售目标，上半年只完成了1000多万元。芬尼克兹集团借助芬尼电器，从B2B进入B2C领域，尝试在互联网上销售家用产品，可以品牌知名度不高，也缺乏做互联网的经验。宗毅琢磨着：如何快速、低成本地提高品牌知名度？如何协调线上线下营销体系扩张速度？宗毅也担心着集团远期发展：芬尼克兹独创了“裂变式”企业发展模式，鼓励业务骨干创立子公司并成为股东。但当子公司业务发展面临障碍，或者创始人跟不上企业发展速度，撤换子公司总经理又变成一个难题，应该设立怎样的“家法”来杜绝“裂变式”模式的弊端？
