Abstract
本案例描述了研华股份有限公司(简称“研华科技”)在物联网时代下的转型思路与过程。由于认识到物联网行业的生态圈属性,研华科技秉持“利他”原则,经过一系列思考和抉择,逐步明确了“物联网平台供应商”的战略定位、物联网应用企业“赋能者”的战略角色,并在内部管理、外部合作、发展模式等方面进行了大量的探索,实现了从工业计算机到物联网的思维“进化”、业务“进化”和模式“进化”。自2016年底推行“共创模式”一年多以来,研华科技吸引了不少来自传统行业的优秀企业的关注。然而,面对万物互联网未来,刘克振深知研华科技的产业物联网生态还有很多挑战去应对,“进化”还当继续…… 案例讨论将沿着Ron Adner提出的生态战略分析三部曲(识别生态系统–选择战略定位–实现持续发展)逐渐展开,向学生深入展现了研华科技在进入物联网生态圈过程中几个关键节点的决策,以及为了实现战略决策而做出的组织结构转型和探索。通过本案例,学生不但可以学到物联网,这个新兴行业的最新发展,更可以通过这个案例,系统学习“生态战略”,了解“共创”这种新的企业增长模式。
