Hematolojik Kanserli Hastalarda Kemoterapi Uygulaması Sonrası Yaşanılan Yorgunluk Ve Diğer Semptomlarla Baş Etme Üzerine Jin Shin Jyutsu Yönteminin Etkisi

Abstract
Bu çalışmaya, Japon tamamlayıcı tıp uygulamalarından biri olan Jin Shin Jyutsu yöntemi ile yorgunluk ve diğer kemoterapi semptomlarının kontrol altına alınması amacıyla Hoş Olmayan Semptomlar Teorisinden esinlenerek uygulanan ön test- son test kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel bir çalışmadır. Araştırma Konya ili NEÜ Meram Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi hematoloji servisinde yürütülmüştür. Örneklem büyüklüğü 26 deney, 26 kontrol olmak üzere 52 kişi olarak hesaplanmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında Hasta Bilgi Formu, Edmonton Semptom Değerlendirme Ölçeği ve Distres Termometresi kullanılmıştır. Kontrol grubuna hiçbir uygulama yapılmadan 1, 8 ve 14. günlerde ölçekler uygulanmıştır. Deney grubuna ilk gün Jin Shin Jyutsu sekiz parmak egzersizi gösterilmiş ve 14 gün boyunca günde üç kez 5 Dk. uygulamaları istenmiş, 1, 8 ve 14. günlerde ölçekler uygulanmıştır. Egzersizi hastalar kendi kendilerine uygulamıştır. Araştırmanın yürütülmesi için etik kurul, kurum izni ve hastalardan onam alınmıştır. Araştırmanın istatistiksel analizinde “IBM SPSS Statistics 23 paket programı” kullanılmıştır. Deney ve kontrol grubu hastalar arasında cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim durumu, KT protokolleri, KT kür sayısı, hastalık tanısı ve yaşadıkları semptomlar yönünden benzerliklerini incelemek üzere ki-kare analizi yapılmıştır. Deney ve kontrol grubu hastalar arasında semptom şiddeti ortalamalar yönünden anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığını incelemek üzere bir dizi Bağımsız gruplar için t-testi analizi yapılmıştır. Son olarak deney ve kontrol grubu, 1. gün, 8. gün ve 14. gün alınan semptom şiddeti ortalamalarını incelemek amacıyla tekrar ölçümlü ANOVA yürütülmüştür. Bir dokunsal yöntem ile ilgili bakım sanatı olan Jin Shin Jyutsu uygulamasının, incelenen semptomlardan: yorgunluk, distres, uykusuzluk ve iştahsızlık semptomları üzerinde etkili olduğu; ağrı, diyare, stomatit ve bulantı semptomları üzerinde etkili olmadığı belirlenmiştir.
