Abstract
江苏华博实业有限公司（简称“江苏华博”）成立于2001年。经过数十年的发展，以手机分销为主业的江苏华博成长为江苏省领先的手机分销商。为了更好地应对企业内、外部的挑战，江苏华博于2013年开始探索如何将传统的线下手机分销业务向线上转型。2014年4月，通过整合线下的“蜂云物流”和线上的“我要订货网”，江苏华博内部成立了江苏蜂云供应链管理有限公司（简称“蜂云网络”）。与当时淘宝和京东等大型电商将主要精力定位在一、二线城市的消费者不同，蜂云网络将战略部署在乡镇一级市场的小店。它最基本的运营模式是：当小店在我要订货网上下单后，蜂云物流会将货物在第二天下午4点之前将货物送至小店。截至2015年11月11日，蜂云网络的业务已拓展至全国13个省，与300多家手机供应商建立了合作关系，在其平台注册的小店数量也超过了8万家。2015年10月，蜂云网络完成了1.2亿元的A轮融资。然而，京东和淘宝等电商平台已纷纷开始部署农村市场。这对蜂云网络无疑是一个巨大的威胁。作为最早进入农村市场的开拓者，蜂云网络能否抵住这些强大的对手所带来的压力？又能否在未来几年保持其收益的持续增长呢？
