Abstract
Įvadas. Aleksitimijos terminas apima tris tarpusavyje reikšmingai susijusius asmenybės bruožus – blogą emocijų atpažinimą, blogą emocijų išraišką žodžiais, asmenybės polinkį ignoruoti vidinius išgyvenimus ir patirtis.Tyrimų duomenimis, aleksitimija yra reikšmingai susijusi su daugeliu psichikos sutrikimų, ypač psichosomatinėmis ligomis. T yrimo tikslas. Nustatyti aleksitimijos bruožų sąsąjas su psichotraumuojančiais faktoriais, eksternalizuotų ir internalizuotų psichikos sutrikimų rizika, sociodemografiniais rodikliais bendrojoje populiacijoje. Metodika. Buvo tirti 199 Kauno miesto gimnazijų moksleiviai, nuo 18 metų amžiaus. Tiriamieji apklausti pateikiant anketas apie sociodemografinius rodiklius, Toronto aleksitimijos skales ir YSR/11-18 protokolus. Tyrimui atlikti buvo gautas LSMU bioetikos centro leidimas. Statistinė duomenų analizė atlikta naudojant SPSS 20.0 programinį paketą. Duomenys laikyti statistiškai reikšmingais, kai p<0,05. R ezultatai ir išvados. Tiriamųjų grupėje 11 proc. paauglių buvo aleksitimiški, 25 proc. galimai aleksitimiški ir 63,5 proc. neturėjo aleksitimijos. 34,0 proc. berniukų ir 66,0 proc. mergaičių statistiškai reikšmingai buvo galimai aleksitimiški, lyginant su nealeksitimiškais. Aleksitimiški paaugliai statistiškai reikšmingai dažniau turi vieną draugą lyginant su galimai aleksitimiškais. Galimai aleksitimiški paaugliai statistiškai reikšmingai dažniau turi 3 ir daugiau draugų lyginant su aleksitimiškais. Statistiškai reikšmingai aleksitimiški paaugliai rečiau susiduria su psichiniu, fiziniu smurtu, psichotraumuojančiais faktoriais lyginant su galimai aleksitimiškais paaugliais ir nealeksitimiškais paaugliais. Paaugliams, praeityje susidūrusiems su išskirtinai stipriu psichiniu stresu, galimybė būti aleksitimiškais yra 2,74, patyrusiems psichologinį smurtą 3,55 karto statistiškai reikšmingai did[...].
