Abstract
2018年以来，阿斯利康【本文中的“阿斯利康”，若不特殊说明，指的是“阿斯利康投资（中国）有限公司”】是中国销售业绩最好的跨国药企之一。阿斯利康总裁王磊厥功至伟。王磊于2013年加入阿斯利康，担任消化、呼吸和麻醉业务部副总裁。王磊通过在广大的小城市和小医院建儿童雾化中心，提振普米克令舒等专利保护到期产品的销量，也提高了治疗手段和药物在小城市小医院的可及性，获得了良好的社会效益。 王磊入职不到两年，就被提拔为阿斯利康（中国）总裁。他将提升中国区的销售业绩作为首要任务，同时还启动了一项在考核之外的任务——创新。通过与医药行业之外的3D行业（Diagnostics、Device、Digital）合作，提出“以患者为中心的诊疗一体化平台”的变革定位，药企不再仅仅关注治疗环节中的用药，而是全面关注和参与诊前（教育、筛查）、诊中（诊断、治疗）、诊后（随访、康复）患者全旅程。儿童雾化中心是第一个创新项目，通过在雾化器加装物联网、数字化等技术，升级为智能雾化中心。 胸痛中心、前列腺癌诊疗一体化中心等陆续推出。不仅患者受益、医院受益，合作伙伴也借这些平台作为进入医院渠道获得发展。阿斯利康的诊疗一体化平台，是围绕阿斯利康占有绝对市场优势的产品展开，比如呼吸、心血管、糖尿病等领域，这样，加入平台的医院和患者能“自然地”选择阿斯利康的产品。但是，如果只从销售收入来看，阿斯利康往往不是平台的最大受益者，投产比并不高。王磊始终面临着如何平衡商业价值与社会价值的难题： 阿斯利康全球有严格的合规要求，社会创新不得与销售挂钩，医药代表不得利用创新平台卖药；阿斯利康内部对“不务正业”的创新有不同意见，反对创新占用过多财力、人力资源；阿斯利康全球总部并不鼓励在中国区创新，但在中国区的业绩持续向好且比重越来越高的前提下，乐观其成。 与此同时，王磊却坚定地加大了创新的推力。他希望通过诊疗一体化平台持续迭代升级、中国新药研发平台、全球医疗产业基金等一系列手法，将企业成长与社会责任、企业内部创新与社会合作创新等相互打通，最终要把阿斯利康打造成一个以患者为中心的、服务型的、平台型的公司。王磊能成功吗？
