V Relazione tecnica descrittiva delle attività svolte nell'ambito dell'Accordo di collaborazione triennale MATTM-DGSVI e CNR-IIA

Abstract
Il documento fornisce una relazione tecnica descrittiva relativa al V semestre di attività riguardanti l'Accordo di Collaborazione triennale stipulato il 22 maggio 2015 tra il Ministero dell'Ambiente e della Tutela del Territorio e del Mare - Direzione Generale per lo sviluppo sostenibile, per il danno ambientale e per i rapporti con l'Unione Europea e gli organismi internazionali (DGSVI) e l'Istituto sull'Inquinamento Atmosferico del Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR-IIA), finalizzato al trasferimento delle conoscenze scientifiche di interesse della Direzione Generale SVI maturate dal CNR, in qualità di ente di ricerca. Nel semestre di riferimento (24 ottobre 2017- 23 aprile 2018) il personale CNR ha collaborato rispettivamente per la Macroarea 1 alle attività previste in GEO (Group on Earth Observations), per la Macroarea 2 alle tematiche: "Regolamento "Effort sharing", "Emissioni di CO2 dai trasporti su strada", "Regolamento MMR", "Strategia Unione dell'Energia", "Negoziato nell'ambito della Convenzione Quadro delle Nazioni Unite sui cambiamenti climatici (UNFCCC)", "Analisi tecnica e amministrativa di progetti/accordi/convenzioni di sviluppo e trasferimento di tecnologie verdi", tutte afferenti a "Interconnessione tra inquinamento atmosferico, ricerca, sviluppo e trasferimento di tecnologie verdi". In relazione agli impegni dell'Italia riguardanti le attività del G7, la DGSVI, al fine di avere una collaborazione continuativa sulle tematiche trattate nel G7 ambiente ha chiesto la disponibilità di personale CNR a partecipare ai lavori tecnici e alle riunioni di lavoro previste nel corso dell'anno di Presidenza canadese del G7 ambiente. Infine per la Macroarea 3 il personale CNR ha collaborato alle attività previste nella Convenzione di Vienna e il Protocollo di Montreal sulle sostanze che deteriorano lo strato di ozono .
