Abstract
В резултат на ескалиращото нарастване на броя на хората, страдащи от остеоартрит на тазобедрената става(ТБС), дължащо се на застаряването на популацията и увеличаващия се брой на хора с наднормено тегло и заседнал начин на живот в световен мащаб, броя на извършените артропластики на ТБС се увеличават с бърз темп.С увеличение на нуждата от тазобедрено ендопротезиране, нараства нуждата от следоперативно възстановяване. Целта на настоящия труд е да се сравни ефективността на компютъризирани спрямо ковенционални лечебни упражнения в България, като се установи тяхната оптимална честота, продължителност и интензивност при пациенти след артропластика на ТБС. Задачите: Да се сравни ефективността на компютъризираните спрямо конвенционалните упражнения в ранната рехабилитация при пациенти след артропластика на ТБС чрез сравнителен анализ на резултатите от мануално мускулно тестуване (ММТ), ъглометрия, Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index, Harrison hip score test и тестове за походка, тъй като липсват аналогични проучвания в България и да се установи оптималната честота, продължителност и интензивност на компютъризираните и конвенционалните лечебни упражнения в ранната рехабилитация при пациенти след артропластика на тазобедрената става, тъй като липсват международни проучвания върху тези най-важни кинезитерапевтични параметри.
