El comercio mundial de producción frutilla está liderado por Estados Unidos, Rusia y Turquía. Sin embargo, los mayores exportadores de frutilla son los países de España, Estados Unidos y Alemania, exportando más de su 40% de producción. En cuanto a las importaciones, son encabezadas por Alemania, Estados Unidos, Francia y Canadá. La frutilla congelada es la más destacada en exportaciones mundiales de frutas finas, seguidas por los arándanos, frambuesas y moras. La comercialización de frutilla en Argentina está representando por las provincias de Santa Fe, Tucumán y Buenos Aires, como principales productores de la fruta. Éstas producen alrededor de 50 mil toneladas anuales y con una utilización entre 1.500 - 1.700 hectáreas de superficie. El comercio exterior se destina a las exportaciones hacia los países de Canadá, Estados Unidos, Japón; y en América Latina, se destacan Brasil, Chile y Uruguay; principalmente, ingresa a destino como frutilla congelada. En importaciones tenemos frutilla de origen de Chile y Brasil. A los fines de responder a la pregunta inicial y a las posteriormente planteadas, se enuncian los siguientes objetivos. El objetivo general planteado es establecer la potencialidad que tiene Rosario de Lerma para la producción y exportación de frutillas orgánica en el mercado chileno, mientras que los objetivos específicos a lograr son los siguientes: describir el mercado mundial de la frutilla orgánica y el de Chile en particular; describir el mercado de la frutilla orgánica en Chile; describir el marco jurídico para la exportación de frutilla orgánica de Argentina a Chile; determinar las exportaciones argentinas de frutilla orgánica a Chile y su proceso operativo y de comercialización; analizar el proceso de comercialización de frutilla en Rosario de Lerma y explicar cómo se puede mejorar el sistema de producción de frutilla. World trade in strawberry production is led by the United States, Russia and Turkey. However, the largest exporters of strawberries are Spain, United States and Germany, countries exporting more than its 40% of production. In terms of imports, they are headed by Germany, United States, France and Canada. The frozen strawberries is the most prominent in world exports of fine fruit, followed by blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. The marketing of Strawberry in Argentina is representing the provinces of Santa Fé, Tucumán and Buenos Aires, as a major producer of the fruit. They produce around 50 thousand tons per year and using between 1,500-1,700 hectares. Foreign trade is destined to exports to the countries of Canada, United States and Japan; and in Latin America are Brazil, Chile and Uruguay; mainly, he joined destination like frozen strawberries. Imports have icing on origin of Chile and Brazil. For the purposes of responding to the initial question and the subsequently raised, the following objectives are set out. The raised general objective is to establish the potential that Rosario de Lerma for the production and export of strawberries organic in the Chilean market, has to achieve specific objectives are the following: describe the world market of the Organic Strawberry and Chile in particular; describe the market of Organic Strawberry in Chile; describe the legal framework for the export of organic strawberries from Argentina to Chile; determine Argentine exports of organic strawberries to Chile and its operating process and marketing; analyze the process of commercialization of Strawberry in Rosario de Lerma and explain how the system of production of strawberries can be improved.
