Abstract
En la actualidad la sociedad vive un constante afán por cumplir con diversos compromisos familiares, laborales y profesionales, estas restan tiempo disponible para buscar detalles con el fin de celebrar diferentes ocasiones especiales. Existen diversas opciones en el mercado que buscan satisfacer esta necesidad y, en la mayoría de los casos, resultan ser bastante costosas con detalles que se alejan de lo que busca el cliente o que son limitados en su contenido. Es en este punto que el cliente debe adaptarse a lo que ofrecen las empresas generando una insatisfacción al no encontrar lo esperado. De esta manera nace la idea de crear Divino Regalo, cuyo nombre hace referencia a la búsqueda por sobresalir con cualidades (Divino) y la muestra de afecto que se realiza a través de un detalle (Regalo). Es una empresa del sector de servicios dedicada a la entrega de desayunos y onces sorpresa con la que se busca brindar precios más asequibles, ofreciendo además un servicio personalizado, buscando adaptarse a las necesidades del cliente, con alto nivel de calidad y cumplimiento. La mayor motivación al estudiar Administración de Empresas siempre es emprender un negocio, es por esto que Divino Regalo es una idea de negocio que tiene el potencial de proyectarse a un futuro promisorio. Se pretende que, a mediano plazo, Divino Regalo crezca en área de influencia geográfica inicial, siendo así una organización pionera y altamente eficiente en el área de las comidas y detalles sorpresa.
