Abstract
本案例分A、B两部分，描述了小猪在民宿共享领域的9年创业故事。案例A展现了小猪在创业前7年打造C2C平台的过程。作为民宿共享C2C平台的中国先驱者，小猪在资本的驱动下一直保持快速增长，然而，它却在2019年底陷入被互联网巨头平台围追堵截的被动局面。为此，小猪联合创始人王连涛不断反省，小猪为什么会遭遇此窘境？接下来小猪该如何摆脱被动？ 案例B展现了王连涛摆脱被动的行动：他用近乎“矫枉过正的极端”手段否定了小猪之前的共享（“家”）文化并建立了绩效文化；推动小猪向民宿托管战略转型。根据王连涛的说法，新战略要产生效果至少需要一年时间，因此，截至2020年6月底，小猪转型的市场效果确实不明显，但与此同时，民宿托管市场已在发生变化，竞争对手也在不断发力。那么，凭借新战略，小猪能如愿改变自己的被动局面吗？
