Abstract
Çalışmanın amacı, Kas-İskelet Sistemi Sağlık Sorgulaması (KİS-SS)'nın Türkçe uyarlamasının geçerlik ve güvenirliğini belirlemekti. Çalışma 100 Aksiyal Spondiloartrit (AksSpA) ve 100 Osteoartrit (OA) tanısı almış 200 hastada yapıldı. Hastaların sosyo-demografik özellikleri kaydedildi. AksSpA hastaları KİS-SS, Bath Ankilozan Spondiliit Hastalık Aktivite İndeksi (BASDAI-T), Bath Ankilozan Spondilit Fonksiyonel İndeksi (BASFI-T) ve Kısa Form-36 (KF-36) anketlerini; OA hastaları ise KİS-SS, Western Ontario ve McMaster Üniversiteleri OA İndeksi (WOMAC-T) ve KF-36 anketlerini doldurdu. AksSpA ve OA hastaları, KİS-SS'i beş-yedi gün sonra tekrar doldurdu. Güvenirliğin belirlenmesi için iç tutarlık ve test-tekrar test analizleri, geçerliğin belirlenmesi için yapı geçerliği ve ölçütlere dayalı geçerlik analizleri yapıldı. Test-tekrar test korelasyon katsayısı 0.954 (p<0.001), iç tutarlık analizi için Cronbach Alfa değeri 0.900 olarak bulundu. Bu sonuçlar skalanın zamana karşı değişmezlik özelliğinin olduğunu ve iç tutarlılığının yüksek olduğunu göstermektedir. Yapı geçerliğinin test edilmesi için açıklayıcı faktör analizi yapıldığında anketin üç faktörlü yapıda olduğu tespit edildi. Eş zamanlı ölçek geçerliği için AksSpA hastalarında KİS-SS'nin BASDAI-T, BASFI-T ve KF-36 anketinin ağrı, sosyal ve fiziksel fonksiyon alt parametreleriyle; OA hastaları için KİS-SS'nin WOMAC-T ve KF-36 anketinin ağrı, sosyal ve fiziksel fonksiyon alt parametreleriyle korelasyonuna bakıldı. KİS-SS'nin diğer anketlerle korelasyonun iyi düzeyde olduğu görüldü (p< 0.001). Yapılan analizler sonucunda KİS-SS'nin Türkçe uyarlamasının geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu sonucuna ulaşıldı.
