Abstract
Este proyecto de pasantía es la recopilación de aproximadamente 5 meses de asesoramiento hacia tres microempresarios del distrito de Agua Blanca; Dericar, Delialas y Súper Fresas en el cual se analizó las generalidades de cada una de las microempresas para conocer su organización, funcionamiento e historia en general. Posteriormente se diagnosticó en cada una de estas, todas las áreas que las conforman; contabilidad, mercadeo, administración y producción; todo, para adquirir el conocimiento necesario y conocer su estado actual; esto permitió un direccionamiento de una ruta de trabajo encaminada al mejoramiento de cada microempresario. Con base en los problemas detectados en cada área, se planteo un plan de acción con diversas estrategias las cuales fueron implementadas en el transcurso del proceso de asesoría. Los microempresarios Jorge Omar Cuspoca, Marta Cantillo y William Rivera, contribuyeron al buen desarrollo de la gestión logrando una transformación y evolución en toda su estructura de trabajo, alcanzando la finalización óptima del proyecto. Esta experiencia de asesoramiento enriqueció al microempresario, así mismo al asesor ya que el proyecto se transformo en una retroalimentación de conocimiento de la academia por parte del estudiante y una experiencia de vida en el caso del microempresario
