Abstract
Las adecuaciones de infraestructura vial implican el manejo de impactos ambientales, el cual trata sobre el control de emisión de partículas finas, ruido, sedimentación de suelos con vertimientos líquidos, aceites y combustibles, entre otros. El desarrollo de proyectos de infraestructura en Colombia se realiza dentro de un marco de respeto al medio ambiente, garantizando el uso racional y sostenible de los recursos naturales renovables, así como también el efecto en las condiciones de salubridad de los trabajadores y habitantes que se encuentran dentro del espacio geográfico en el cual se desarrollan. Teniendo como base las guías ambientales desarrolladas en este PMA, las especificaciones técnicas y los estándares de construcción, que hacen parte de los términos de referencia suministrados por la Alcaldía de Soacha, se realizó una guía para la implementación del Plan de Manejo Ambiental para repavimentación de las vías del barrio Portalegre en el municipio de Soacha, se tuvo consideración el análisis de información secundaria proveniente de estudios previos de índole social y ambiental realizados en la zona de estudio, así como de información primaria obtenida durante los reconocimientos en campo de los sectores de influencia. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos en la matriz de impactos, la cual analiza aspectos físicos, sociales, paisajísticos y bióticos, se definió una lista de parámetros y guías que el constructor se ve obligado a seguir, así como también la verificación de los mismos por parte de la administración del proyecto.
