Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract. Bandung City has 9 city parks spread across its entire area. In providing quality city parks, the government mandates the consideration of 6 key functions of city parks, namely ecological, economic, socio-cultural, aesthetic, disaster management, and water absorption functions. Each public park has distinct characteristics, which is why it is necessary to conduct a typology based on the dominant function. The purpose of this study is to identify the typology of city parks in Bandung City based on the dominant function. This research uses spatial descriptive analysis and Multidimensional Scaling (MDS), with a mixed-methods approach (qualitative and quantitative). The data collection methods used in this study include observation, documentation, and literature review. After conducting the MDS analysis, it was found that the city parks in Bandung City are divided into 4 typologies: Typology I, consisting of Taman Tegallega, Taman Alun-alun Cicendo, and Taman Pramuka with a dominant economic function; Typology II, consisting of Taman Cibeunying with a dominant ecological function; Typology III, consisting of Taman Lalulintas and Taman Panatayuda with a dominant socio-cultural function; and Typology IV, consisting of Taman Alun-alun Bandung, Taman Alun-alun Ujungberung, and Taman Sukajadi with a dominant aesthetic function.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
