Abstract

Contexte : Pour assumer pleinement les rôles et responsabilités de pharmacien en milieu hospitalier, la réussite à un cours de gestion est indispensable. Objectifs : Comparer l’enseignement et l’évaluation de la gestion pharmaceutique en pharmacie hospitalière au sein du programme de stages en France et au Québec. Matériel/méthodes : Étude descriptive, observationnelle et transversale. Quatre résidents en pharmacie de France ont été exposés au cours de gestion de pharmacie hospitalière en France et au Canada. Les contenus des enseignements en gestion pharmaceutique en pharmacie hospitalière en France (4 universités) et au Québec (2 universités) ont été utilisés. Les similitudes et les différences dans l’approche pédagogique, les intervenants, le contenu et l’évaluation ont été analysées. Résultats : Des similitudes ont été observées : un enseignement obligatoire, une approche magistrale avec documents, plusieurs approches pédagogiques (p.ex. ateliers de rétroaction/réflexion en France vs. club de lecture et simulation par cas au Québec), un projet de gestion semi-structuré à réaliser pendant la formation avec communication orale/écrite. Des différences ont été constatées : quatre thèmes en France vs. sept au Québec, une standardisation prévue en 2024 en France vs. effective au Québec, des intervenants plus nombreux en France vs. un unique intervenant au Québec dans le volet théorique, supports pédagogiques variables selon l’intervenant en France vs. un livre détaillé (300 pages) est utilisé au Québec et plus d’heures de cours en France qu’au Québec (62 vs. 39). Conclusion : Des enseignements théoriques et pratiques de la gestion pharmaceutique en établissement de santé sont offerts en France et au Québec.
