Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Key words: strategy, model, patient centred care SUMMARY Objectives: the Healthcare Trust of the Autonomous Province of Trento (APSS) has always worked to ensure user satisfaction and high levels of quality within its services. In recent years, important initiatives have been carried out that are consistent with the Patient Centered Care (CCP) approach. A corporate planning has recently been launched to systematise all the initiatives already in place by focusing on a unique Strategy and Model for the whole community. Methods: a review of the practices present was carried out, a systematic review of the literature on pre-appraised sources and a comparison with URP on complaints to verify the level of user satisfaction was carried out. Results: consistency between APSS actions and international and national strategies in this area have emerged, as well as a professional and experience capital that has satisfied the users and that can form a strong basis for the Model and future Business Strategy. Conclusions: APSS will be able to proceed with the evaluation of the structural, process and programming elements to be activated in order to implement its own Strategy, being based on consolidated evidence and practices.
