Abstract
Archimetis ist ein Denkraum an der Schnittstelle von Bewusstsein, Organisation und Wandel. Dieser Beitrag ist der Grundriss: eine erste tragende Struktur, bewusst offen, nicht als fertige Lehre. Ausgangspunkt ist die Annahme, dass Organisationen eine innere Architektur besitzen – Wahrnehmungsräume, implizite Erwartungen, Atmosphären und Sinnschichten, die dem Sichtbaren vorausgehen. Der Text entfaltet vier Blickrichtungen als Konstellation: Architektur der Aufmerksamkeit – der Wahrnehmungsraum, in dem Organisation Form annimmt, Metis – die Intelligenz, Wandel zu navigieren, solange er noch in Bewegung ist, Unfertigkeit als Methode – die Haltung, Aufmerksamkeit offen zu halten, Organisation der Seele – innere Stimmigkeit, Zugehörigkeit und Sinnkohärenz.
