Abstract
El presente proyecto de intervención educativa fue ejecutado en el Instituto San Isidro Labrador, comprometido con la formación integral de sus estudiantes, tiene el proyecto de ética y valores titulado "Safe School". Este proyecto surge en respuesta a la necesidad de abordar y mejorar los conflictos observados en el entorno escolar, identificados por docentes y coordinadores, que han sido remitidos al área de Bienestar Estudiantil. El enfoque principal del proyecto es fortalecer y promover valores fundamentales como la amistad, la afectividad, el compañerismo, el respeto, la tolerancia y la protección. Estos valores son cruciales para la formación de una convivencia escolar armoniosa y respetuosa, y se integrarán de manera transversal en todas las actividades y dinámicas del Instituto. "Safe School" tiene como objetivo principal el desarrollo de la empatía y la capacidad de establecer relaciones positivas y constructivas entre los estudiantes. Al incorporar la ética y los valores en el currículo y en las actividades diarias, el proyecto busca crear un ambiente escolar donde cada estudiante pueda desarrollar habilidades sociales efectivas y una actitud positiva hacia sus compañeros. Este proyecto no solo cumple con los requisitos del Ministerio de Educación Nacional (MEN), sino que también impulsa la mejora continua de los valores en la institución. "Safe School" está diseñado para promover una convivencia positiva al fortalecer principios como la amistad, la afectividad, el compañerismo, el respeto, la tolerancia y la protección. Al integrar estos valores en las actividades diarias, el proyecto facilita la resolución de conflictos y fomenta una cultura de empatía y respeto entre los estudiantes. Esto contribuye al crecimiento personal y colectivo, creando un entorno inclusivo y respetuoso que apoya el desarrollo integral de los estudiantes.
