Abstract
We conducted a unique class aimed at preventing the need for long-term care (Koko-kara classroom) for older aduls living in the community. The "Koko-kara classroom'" is characterized by the use of occupational records and dialogue to identify target occupation and to reflect on their meaning and approach as well as help the participants themselves become aware of how to engage with the occupation. Participating case A (female, late 80s) had many changes. On the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure, her performance score increased from 2.3 to 6.6 and her satisfaction score increased from 2.0 to 6.3. Her score on the Scale for the Feeling That Life is Worth Living went from 6 to 20 and the satisfaction scale for spending time on social activities increased from 35 to 41. Life satisfaction improved from 5 to 8. In addition, case A started to attend ink painting classes again. The "Koko-kara classroom," which focuses on activities and participation, appears to increase the connection to work, life satisfaction, and a sense of purpose in life among the older adults in the community. It is also expected to promote social participation, suggesting that it may preventing the need for long-term care.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
