[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Máster tiene como finalidad principal el diseño, dimensionamiento y justificación técnica de diversas instalaciones mecánicas necesarias para la rehabilitación del Palacio de los Condes de Puerto Hermoso en el Hotel Puerto Hermoso, situado en Jerez de la Frontera, en la provincia de Cádiz. El edificio posee una superficie construida total de 3.569 m², distribuidos en cuatro niveles: sótano, planta baja, primera y segunda planta. Las instalaciones mecánicas contempladas en el proyecto incluyen: Sistema de climatización y ventilación. Red de suministro de agua fría y producción de agua caliente sanitaria (ACS). Para el correcto diseño de dichas instalaciones, se realizarán los cálculos necesarios considerando los criterios de diseño establecidos en el Reglamento de Instalaciones Térmicas en los Edificios (RITE) y el Código Técnico de la Edificación (CTE). Estos cálculos se desarrollarán mediante el uso del software especializado Clima y la elaboración de hojas de cálculo propias para las características del inmueble. Asimismo, se procederá a la elaboración de los planos técnicos de cada una de las instalaciones, empleando AutoCAD. Finalmente, se incluirá la elaboración del presupuesto detallado, que permitirá valorar económicamente la rehabilitación propuesta.
