Abstract
Baigiamojo darbo tikslas: Nustatyti skirtingų kineziterapijos vandenyje priemonių poveikį moterų, jaučiančių apatinės nugaros dalies skausmą, pusiausvyros, liemens raumenų ištvermės bei funkcinės būklės rodiklių kaitai. Baigiamojo darbo uždaviniai: 1.Įvertinti tiriamųjų moterų pusiausvyrą, liemens raumenų ištvermę ir funkcinę būklę prieš skirtingų kineziterapijos priemonių taikymą; 2. Įvertinti tiriamųjų moterų pusiausvyrą, liemens raumenų ištvermę ir funkcinę būklę po kineziterapijos vandenyje ir povandeninio vandens bėgimo takelio taikymo; 3. Įvertinti tiriamųjų moterų pusiausvyrą, liemens raumenų ištvermę ir funkcinę būklę po kineziterapijos vandenyje ir vandens diržo giliame vandenyje taikymo; 4. Nustatyti, kuri priemonė tinkamiausia, norint sumažinti moterų apatinės nugaros dalies skausmą. Tyrimo metodika: tyrime dalyvavo 22 moterys (25-55m), jaučiančios apatinės nugaros dalies skausmą. Visos tiriamosios buvo suskirstytos į dvi grupes – pirmoji grupė atliko pratimus vandenyje ant povandeninio bėgtakio. Antroji grupė – pratimus su vandens diržu giliame baseine. Iš viso tiriamosioms buvo taikyti 24 užsiėmimai baseine du kartus per savaitę. Vieno užsiėmimo trukmė – 45 min. Prieš ir po tyrimo tiriamųjų pusiausvyra buvo vertinama Dr. Wolff Balance Check sistema, liemens raumenų statinė ištvermė buvo vertinta McGill (2002) pilvo, nugaros ir šoninių liemens raumenų statinės ištvermės testais, taip pat Oswestry klausimynu buvo vertinta juosmeninės stuburo dalies skausmo įtaka moterų funkcinei būklei. Tyrimo išvados: 1. Atlikus testus rezultatai parodė, kad moterų, jaučiančių apatinės nugaros dalies skausmą pusiausvyra, liemens raumenų ištvermė bei funkciniai rodikliai prieš kineziterapiją yra sumažėję, atspindi funkcinės būklės pablogėjimą. 2. Po kineziterapijos vandenyje ir povandeninio bėgimo takelio taikymo pagerėjo moterų pusiausvyra, liemens raumenų ištvermė bei funkcinė būklė. 3. Po kineziterapijos vandenyje ir vandens diržo naudojimo pagerėjo moterų pusiausvyra, liemens raumenų ištvermė bei funkcinė būklė. 4. Nustatyta, kad tiek povandeninis bėgtakis, tiek ir vandens diržas gerina moterų pusiausvyrą, liemens raumenų ištvermę bei funkcinę būklę
