Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Tikslas-nustatyti skausmo intensyvumo ir funkcinės būklės kaitą bei sąsajas taikant stabilumą ir mobilumą lavinančias pratimų programas, masažuotojams, jaučiantiems apatinės nugaros dalies skausmą.Uždaviniai:1.Įvertinti tiriamųjų skausmo intensyvumo kaitą abejose grupėse prieš ir po stabilumą ir mobilumą lavinančių programų taikymo.2.Įvertinti tiriamųjų statinės liemens raumenų ištvermės ir skersinio pilvo raumens aktyvumo kaitą abejose grupėse prieš ir po stabilumą ir mobilumą lavinančių pratimų programų taikymo.3.Įvertinti tiriamųjų juosmeninės stuburo dalies mobilumo kaitą abejose grupėse prieš ir po stabilumą ir mobilumą lavinančių pratimų programų taikymo.4.Nustatyti sąsajas tarp skausmo intensyvumo, statinės liemens ištvermės ir skersinio pilvo raumens aktyvumo, bei mobilumo, abejose grupėse. Metodika: skausmas vertintas naudojant SAS. Skersinio pilvo raumens aktyvumas ir statinė liemens ištvermė vertinti naudojantis „Stabilizer“, šoninių raumenų ir nugaros tiesiamųjų raumenų ištvermė vertinta naudojant McGill testus. Liemens mobilumas vertintas modifikuotu Šobero, šoninio lenkimo ir V – sėstis ir siekti testais. Išvados: 1.Skausmas sumažėjo abejose grupėse.2.Skersinio pilvo raumens aktyvumas padidėjo pirmoje grupėje. Statinė liemens raumenų ištvermė labiau padidėjo pirmoje grupėje.3.Juosmeninės stuburo dalies paslankumo labiau pagerėjo antroje grupėje.4.Pirmoje grupėje statinė šoninių raumenų ištvermė atvirkštine priklausomybe susijusi su juosmeninės stuburo dalies paslankumu bei skersinio pilvo raumens aktyvumu. Didėjant statinei šoninių raumenų ištvermei, mažėja juosmeninės stuburo dalies paslankumas bei skersinio pilvo raumens aktyvumas.5.Antroje grupėje apatinės nugaros dalies skausmas atvirkštine priklausomybe koreliuoja su statine liemens raumenų ištverme ir tiesine priklausomybe su juosmeninės stuburo dalies paslankumui. Didėjant statinei liemens raumenų ištvermei skausmas mažėja, tačiau skausmas didėja, didėjant juosmeninės stuburo dalies paslankumui.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
